Introductory Activity: A. Preliminaries

3. Recall of the Research Subjects
Activity Present Me the Research!
 The learners will be grouped by 4.
 Each group will be given a sample research abstract.
 Then, every grouped will be tasked to present it in accordance to
the following:
 News Casting
 Talk Show
 Role Play
 Weather Forecast
Analysis After the given activity, the learners will be asked by the following
questions:
1. How did they find the activity?
2. What difficulties did they encounter in preparing their
presentation?
3. What are the main points they observed on the given
research samples?
4. How researches are being made up?
5. Why there is a need to conduct a research?
Abstraction Then, the teacher will discuss the article “good topics for research
papers are hard to come by” with the following points:
1. choose something relevant to the class
2. choose a topic you have learned a lot about
3. choose a topic you enjoy
4. choose a topic you understand
Application Group Research Agenda
In every group, they will be tasked to create their research agenda
in relevance with the strand that they are enrolled with.
Assessment Broadcast the Idea
The output of the group will be presented in a reporting style as
they will assign the representative who will present their research
agenda.
