INTERNSHIP AND PROJECT EXECUTION REPORT

(People Preneur-AIESEC)

Malang was one- of the biggest cities in Indonesia and I am so happy that
we chose that place for the internship. This place was representation of
new modern word and the natural beauty. We were there for a project
People Preneur and the duration was from July 2, 2018 to 15 Aug, 2018.

When we reached there we were excited and curios to meet everyone

over there. There were other exchange participants also from 12
countries. There was a day called IPS where we met to other projects EP
also.

We got our SME one for each student on the day of business 101

Every week 3 days were fixed with SME, 2 days for finding problems and
1 for providing solutions. On other days we had meetings with experts
and other EP for finding the best solutions. At the end of the project we
gave them the mile stones and a business canvas model for the
betterment of their business.

Other than work we learned about the culture of Indonesia, the traditional
music, food, dresses and some museums. We went for so many places to
visit. We did some adventure sports like paragliding, river rafting and
camping etc.

There was a Global citizen day where we represented Indian culture like
dress, dance and food; we won the best booth award.

So it was a life changing experience for us. Meeting new people from all
over the world and learning their culture was awesome. It was one of the
best days of our life. If I write it in one line”it was a journey of learning,
experience with a lot of joy”
