DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, FLORIDA R. SANCHEZ, of legal age, Filipino, married

and resident of Lianga, Surigao del Sur, representing the
heirs of the late Gregorio Rivas for and in consideration of
the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00), Phil. Currency,
to me in cash paid by ASTERIA RIVAS TESIORNA likewise of legal
age, Filipino, married and a resident of Lianga, Surigao del
Sur do hereby and by these presents SELL, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY, absolutely and irrevocably, unto the said the Asteria
R. Tesiorna, her heirs, assigns, a parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of agricultural land situated at Tindugan, Ban-as, Lianga, Surigao del

Sur, known as Lot 731, Pls 44 containing a total area of five thousand seven
hundred fifty nine (5759) square meters described under OCT No. 44044 in the
name of the heirs of Gregorio Rivas ”

That the same is not tenanted as contemplated by the Law

of Agrarian Reform; and that the parties hereto have agreed to
register this document pursuant to law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this

15th day of November 2017 at San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
