CONSOLIDATION OF REAL PROPERTY With

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, TOTIE DUMAGAN, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of

Diatagon, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, being the sole and
legitimate heir of TITO DUMAGAN, who died on December 22,
1995, hereto consolidate in my favor a the herein describe
property as follows,

“A parcel of land containing a total area of SEVENTY

FIVE (75) square meters also known as Lot No. 802 Cad
980-D, declared for taxation purposes in the name of
TITO DUMAGAN (deceased),bounded as segregated: North:
Lot Sec. 08, East: Lot No. 007(801), South: Lot No.
009(804), West: Lot No. 005(807).”

Further, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten

Thousand Pesos (10,000) Philippine Currency, I hereby
SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY the above-describe property to
VERGIE ANN BALBIN, likewise of legal age, and a resident
of Diatagon, Lianga, Surigao del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this

19th day of August 2005 at San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
