DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LUCENA DE CASTRO, of legal age, Filipino, married and

residing at Manyayay, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, for and in
consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND (P40,000.00), PESOS,
Phil. Currency, to me in cash paid by PRECIOUS STICKLES, of legal
age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Manyayay, Lianga, Surigao
del Sur, represented by her guardian, JACELLE MAE A. STICKLES, do
hereby by these presents SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and
irrevocably, unto the said Precious Stickles, represented by Jacelle
Mae A. Stickles, her heirs and assignees, a parcel of land together
with the improvements erected thereon and more particularly
described as follows:

“A parcel of land, known as Cadastral Lot No. 1321, Cad-980-D,

situated at Manyayay, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, containing a total
area of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY SIX (3,546)
sq. meters, covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-
26474”

Of which property I am the lawful owner ;

That the same is not tenanted as contemplated by the Law of

Agrarian Reform; and that the parties hereto have agreed to register
this document pursuant to law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 19th day
of April 2013 at San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
