Hi everyone, my name’s Ha.

Today, I want to share something about the topic: "What are the
essentials for success in today's world?" And here are the 5 important things you need to have in order
to succeed, according to my opinion. Firstly, let’s be a confident person. Low levels of confidence
result in inaction. So, the more confident you are, the higher your chances of reaching your
goals. Confidence will strengthen your belief in your ability to succeed. This also will help you
become the best version of yourself. Moreover, if you want to become a leader of your team or
be someone who tries to manage others in your future job, confidence definitely will be one of
important value. Because I believe that there is no one else who will be able to trust you if you
don’t trust yourself. Once you feel confident, you need to fill your mind with positive thoughts
and do not run because of the negatives. Turn your negativity into inspiration instead.

The second one is proactively and consistently improving your IT skills.

Even before the strong changes of 2020, technology was already becoming increasingly
important to the workforce. But even if you aren’t working in a tech-specific field (i) like AI or
web development, modern-day life relies so heavily on technology that you will likely have to
know at least some of it to flourish on the job or to perhaps even get hired. Besides, if you want
to work smarter rather than harder, constantly improving your IT skills is a no-brainer. Having
these skills will allow you to feel more confident in using emerging technology and you will
become faster and easier in finishing tasks. You will free up your time, allowing you to focus
your attention on significant projects.

The third one is take new Opportunities. To achieve success, you have to capitalize on
opportunities when they present themselves. If you have an idea, go for it! Don’t wait until
others try it to see if it is viable. I think sometimes we are not afraid to try new things, but we are
afraid to fail later. Those things are so new and unfamiliar, so when we fail, we will not have any
experience to overcome or deal with it. But in reality, failures make a person learn a lot. If you
fail, you’re close to success. This will help you greatly in your life and certainly, you will avoid
these same flaws in your efforts.
Next, you must be willing to change. We live in a dynamic world in which everything is
constantly changing. If you’re not willing to change, you’ve already been left behind. Or it is can
say that every second you spend not moving on is a second you spend not growing. you should
adapt to new environment or create an environment for your goals and objectives. No matter
which option you choose, be prepared to innovate.
Finally, you must be passionate. Why do I say that? In fact, many struggles because they start
doing things they are not interested in or things that don’t align with their goals. In the
beginning, they are so motivated with their newly set goals. But after a while, when they don’t
get the results they want, or when they don’t see any returns that they have expected, they started
to lose steam. When you started to lose your energy, you will put in less effort, which leads to
fewer results. And this is why most people give up in the end. They fail to maintain their
motivation over the long term. You have to understand that passion may not guarantee your
success, but it can greatly increase and boost your motivation and your chances of what you
pursue in life. After all, if you don’t care about it, why spend your life doing it? And that’s all I
wanted to share. Thanks for your listening and goodbye.
NS company is a fast-developing company. However, it has been underperforming for 2 years
due to a demotivated workforce. There are approximately 80 % of the employees aged from 24
to 30. Write a paragraph of approximately 150 words to discuss the solutions to solve this
problem.

According to the figures provided, about 80% of employees are between the ages
of 24 and 30, meaning they are mostly in the young workforce. It can be seen that
hiring young employees is a wise and effective decision for fast-developing
companies like NS because of their creativity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
new things. On the other hand, however, they were found to be the least motivated
workers in the long run. As a result, it can have a huge domino effect on a
company's performance. Many managers and leader in fact are getting it wrong
even rather worst by trying to encourage their employees in the same way the
motivated themselves such as money or material rewards. Times have changed and
so have these needs. Personally, the best

many bosses and leaders are getting it wrong by trying to motivate their young workforce in the
same way they motivate themselves

All employees have the legal right to request flexible working, whether this
relates to the place of work (such as options for homeworking), type of
contract, or start and finish times.

many members of the workforce, particularly the millennial generation, do not

feel they are being given fair access to flexible working.

employers might need to approach generations differently. “People might be surprised

that 20-year-olds were found to be the least motivated workers in Britain, but many
bosses and leaders are getting it wrong by trying to motivate their young workforce in
the same way they motivate themselves,” she said.

“But times have changed and now the younger generation is less motivated by money or
material rewards and more by autonomy and a work/life balance.

“The truth is long-term workplace motivation isn’t fuelled by perks or policies, but by
whether our own individual motivators are being met.

There is a risk of businesses losing young employers if these needs are not
adequately met.
Some of today’s young workers, those ages 21-34, place more value on having
respectful communication in the workplace over trendy work perks, a study finds.
