PHILOSOPHY
Collective Ownership - Collective Responsibility - Collective Growth

JITO unites influential and powerful businessmen, industrialists and knowledge workers
throughout the world for noble causes such as Economic Empowerment, Knowledge,
Service, Social Upliftment and Spiritual Enlightenment.

JITO Business Network (JBN) is a project under JITO for economic empowerment and
promoting entrepreneurship, by facilitating trade and business through referral, networking
and digitalized platform which directly caters to its key objective of growing business
collectively.

The core purpose of JBN is to empower all JITO/Jain members exponentially by coming
together for collective growth as a community upholding Jain values with a gender-neutral
approach for business mentoring, lead generation leading to trade, business transactions &
to create a trustworthy support system.

The foremost advantage of JBN is that all members being Jain, a pre-set trust and a direct
starting point are available to initiate business dialogue.

In case any Chapter feels the need for any changes or deviations, the JBN Chapter
Convener and the JBN Referral Group President may discuss the same with JBN Apex
Referral Group Convener and after their approval make changes. We are continuously
evolving and though guidelines have to be followed but it does not mean JBN Apex Team is
closed to suggestions and ideas.

CODE OF ETHICS

JBN Referral Group members are expected to learn and abide by these policies. JBN
Referral Group meetings will be governed by strict code of ethics, guidelines and policies.

Credibility and Professionalism will be prime motive of the members, so the members can
gain business with more confidence among each other. The visionary team and
management team of the group are entrusted with the enforcement of these policies.

Punctuality, credibility & discipline will be integral part of the member’s code of practice.
Upon accepting to become JBN’s member, members must agree to the following:

1. I will provide the quality of services at the prices that I have quoted.
2. I will be truthful with the members and their referrals.
3. I will build goodwill and trust among members and their referrals.
4. I will take responsibility for following up on the referrals I receive.
5. I will display a positive and supportive attitude with JBN members.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
• Membership will be open to JITO FCP/CP/Patron/Youth Wing/Ladies Wing and their
immediate family members with good bona fides. Chapters are also allowed at a premium
fee to add other Jain community members to JBN Referral Groups, however clear priority
has to be given to JITO & their Wing members.

• Applicants wishing to join JBN need to fill the application form (Annexure-I) and submit it
to the Membership Team led by Membership Director

• Applicants willing to join JBN may be called for personal interview or reference check
may be done.

• After the interview, the new member shall be welcomed in the group if he is the first
member of the said profession or its subcategory. Otherwise, he shall be put on waiting list
till a new Group is formed and thereafter shall be given preference in the said Group.

For cities, where JBN referral platform is being launched for the first time, it will be allowed to
have more than one member from the same profession or category. Once the size of
chapter reaches 25, the rule shall not be applicable and the members, who have joined after
the first member of the same category, shall be shifted to waitlist category or the second
chapter. However, if no second group is expected to be formed in the next one month, then
in case of JITO members as an exception may be allowed.
