Introduction

This document consists of the following sections:

Site installation commission form.

This section includes site details, information and tests.

Those tests need to be done on every NE and in all site, in order to
verify normal operation of each NE.

Once the customer has signed this form, it constitutes the customer’s
approval of the sites installation and tests: mechanical, electrical and
functional.

Appendix A – Standard Warranty Terms
