Brief Facts:- Complainant Altaf Hussain s/o Rab Dino Chandio reported that his
father Rab Dino Chandio was retired teacher who have dates business. On 26-01-2022 at
1600-hours, 05-unknown accused came on motorcycles and asked his father for visiting
the dates garden of NisarKandhro and his father went on his motorcycle with them.
After that his father did not returned back to home and his mobile phone was also found
switched off. On 14-02-2022, the dead body of his father Rab Dino Chandio aged about
62/63-years was found from fish pond of Nisar Ahmed Kandhro who was murdered by
accused and thrown dead body in fish pond for concealing of offence. The accused also
took away CD-70 motorcycle model 2019, cash Rs.50000/-, NIC and mobile phone.
