Payment Terms
Payments Terms NET45.
Payments below $1000 will be processed via PayPal and payments above $1000 via the wire transfer.
Payments below $1,000 that won’t be made via PayPal will result in publisher supporting wire fees.
The minimum payment threshold is $500.

Bounty Rates: As written above.

Allowed sources: Display / Search campaigns / Native / regular arbitrage sources

Traffic limitations: No bots, Only clicks performed by humans

General Terms
Advertiser will pay Company only for searches generated from approved Publisher’s source. Advertiser reserves the right to approve new traffic sources at its sole discretion.

Advertiser will pay for every search based on the statistics counted on its own servers or sent as approved by Bing/Yahoo.

Advertiser will send company daily search and revenue reports via e-mail or provide access to the dashboard.

Advertiser will send a monthly report no later than 7 days following the end of each month. Company should issue an invoice for the previous month's activity no later than 7 days
following such a report.

Advertiser reserves the right to change the Revenue Share rates at any given moment with a 24 hours’ notice. Such notice should be sent by email to the Company.

Advertiser obligates to inform Publisher if any technical changes are made to the provided URL. Such notice should be sent by email to the Company.
In the event of any inconsistency between this IO and any Company’s Terms and Conditions, this IO shall prevail.

Company should only use approved URL’s. Advertiser will not be obligated to pay for any traffic generated from unapproved domains.

Either party with no special reason can terminate this agreement with 24 hours written notice. Such notice should be sent by email.
Any promotion made in breach of the above will result in a refusal from Advertiser to pay the current month’s invoice and break all contractual relationships between Publisher and
Advertiser with no delay.

Advertiser will not contact any sources provided to him by Publisher while cooperating with the Company and 6 months from the termination of this agreement unless proven
sources were in a live agreement with the Advertiser before receiving offers from Company.
