Mr. N Aswarthappa, the Chairman, was the Chief
Guest of the program. Mrs. M Durga Rani, Managing
Director, and Mrs. Y Saipriya, Treasurer (Director)
were the Guests of Honour. Mr. Y V K Swamy,
Founder, and Mr. Nagaraj M, Co – Founder were also
present to judge competitions. The program
commenced with “Morning Assembly” by Mrs. Vani
Headmistress, Govt Lower Primary School, Harohalli,
Bangalore. The lighting of the Lamp and garlanding
of the portrait of Dr. B R Ambedkar was done by Mr.
N Aswarthappa, Chairman, and Mrs. M Durga Rani,
Managing Director in the presence of all the
students. The essay writing competition & the
Drawing competition were conducted on 13.04.2022
and the Speech & Singing Competition were
conducted on 14.04.2022.

YOGA CLASSES: SUMMER CAMP 2022

Yoga Classes during Summer

Vacation were conducted Online
as well as Offline mode from
15.05.2022 to 26.05.2022 from
5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. for 12 days.
Mr. Aswarthappa was the Yoga
Trainer for the program. It was a
very nice experience of attending
Group Yoga Classes.

The participants attended the Yoga Classes

both in online mode and offline mode
from the different parts of the country.
The Twelve Days Yoga Camp was very
successful in creating awareness about the
importance of Yoga in our life and how to
make yoga our life style to lead a healthy
and wealthy life.

international seminar was
conducted by Ms. Poojitha Hegde,
Berlin, Germany, Online on
24.05.2022 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00
p.m. IST in collaboration with
'Mind Flow Harmony', London,
England, UK.

Ms. Poojitha Hegde, Berlin, Germany,

introduced the concept of Mindful
Meditation and demonstrated a few
techniques for how to practice it
effectively. Many participants attended
the seminar online from different parts of
the world participated in practicing
Mindful Mediation for One Hour.

Default'?. It was an international
Seminar conducted online. Many
participants attended the
seminar online from different
parts of the India. She explained
how to live in the present.

Ms. Zainab Parsania's session was a very

interactive and lively. The participants
were from different backgrounds and
were quite enthusiastic to participate in
the conversation. It was a very enriching
and enlightening session. Ms. Zainab
resolved all the doubts in the minds of the
participants with a cheerful smile on face.

The classes have been going on online

Twice a week from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The participants are selected from
teachers and students who belong to SC &
ST communities. The purpose is to enable
these students to learn English
Communication Skills effectively.
