SPECIAL CONFERENCE AND PLANNING FOR THE

HOSTING OF “DIRI SA DEPED ONSE: MAS MATATAG SEASON 5”

1. This has reference to the upcoming “Diri Sa Deped Onse: Mas Matatag Season 5”
informing this office on the planning of the production schedules and other important
matters relevant to the activity scheduled on May 12, 2023 via FB Live.

2. This activity aims to produce effective and numerous opportunities for the students and
teachers in schools across Davao Region specifically in the Schools Division of Davao
Occidental.

3. This will also become a platform for the training and exposure of learners under the
Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) and Special Program in the Arts (SPA) including
school paper advisers and teachers under the SPJ and SPA programs.

4. This is also to help in the information campaign of DepEd's MATATAG agenda and as a
means for performance-based outputs, the PJ and SPA learners and teachers shall use
the official broadcasting program of Davao Region (Diri sa DepEd Onse: Mas Matatag) as
a tool to showcase their learnings, creativity, and innovations.

5. Further, the said participants of the activity and the Technical Team members are
requested to be at the conference on March 28, 2023, 1 pm at Division Conference Hall,
for the planning and facilitation during the entire event on Official Business, to wit:

6. Travel, and other incidental expenses of the technical team relative to the above are
chargeable against respective MOOE/local funds, all subject to usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.

7. Wide and prompt dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum by all
concerned is earnestly desired.
