RFP for Construction of Four Laning of part of Ramban to Banihal Section of NH-1A (Now NH-44),
from Ch.154+210 to Ch.158+650 (North Bound) and from Ch.155+940 to Ch.160+260 (South Bound)
including construction of twin tube tunnels (Package-I) in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir on EPC Mode.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of India is engaged
in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake
Construction of Four Laning of part of Ramban to Banihal Section of NH-1A (Now NH-44), from
Ch.154+210 to Ch.158+650 (North Bound) and from Ch.155+940 to Ch.160+260 (South Bound)
including construction of twin tube tunnels (Package-I) in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir on EPC Mode
through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids from eligible
contractors for the following project:

https://etenders.gov.in from 22.03.2021 to 06.05.2021 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bidder must submit its
Financial bid at http://etenders.gov.in and Technical Bid at https://etenders.gov.in and at
https://bims.gov.in on or before 06.05.2021 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened
on 07.05.2021 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Securing Declaration,
document fee, POA for signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity
Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any shall be submitted physically in
original by the Lowest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority. Please note
that the Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any
reason whatsoever.
