1 I, the complainant, am permanently residing at Door No. 936, Indiranagar Fifth Street, Thanjavur City, Vilar Road,
Chennai.

  2. Complainant Rti Activist, I am serving as State General Secretary of Nationalist Congress Party.  Also, I have
received information through the Right to Information Act about corruption in government offices and based on that I
am taking action by filing complaints to the higher government officials. Also regarding the encroachment of water
bodies and the corruption of government employees, I have filed a case as a Party In Person in the Madurai branch of
the Hon’ble Madras High Court and the order of the said court.  I am taking action through  Also, for the development
of all people regardless of nationality, I have been performing social duty in accordance with the Constitution of India
and personally and collectively in order to help the government departments and judiciary.

  3   The complainant, I am a candidate of the Nationalist Congress Party in Thanjavur Assembly General Elections held
in 2016 and 2021.  Having earned good reputation in the society, holding the responsibility of State General Secretary
of the Nationalist Congress Party and doing various social works with the ideal of eradicating corruption, I have been
doing my democratic duties properly as a responsible citizen.

 
4:National Commission for Child Protection letter received by me on 18-01-2023.In the said letter it was
informed that the above files will be closed if the investigation report is not available within seven days. 
Bukhari has submitted an inquiry report on behalf of the school management regarding the investigation.  The
truth will come to light only if the police probe the investigation by the District Child Protection Officer.  As it
relates to conducting an investigation into the veracity of the complaint.  Details are as follows.

1: Thanjavur Tamarai inter National School should investigate and take action regarding the complaint written by the
student.  A complaint was sent to the National Commission for Child Welfare.  Investigate the complaint and “submit
an inquiry report.”  Thanjavur District Collector said.  Mr.  Ponraj Oliver.I.A.S.  An order was issued to  The said Order
No.File No.TN-237003/2022-23/EDU.

  2: According to the report given by Thanjavur District Collector, National Child Welfare Commission should
investigate and send a report on the above complaint and the District Child Welfare Officer, Mrs. A.  Glory
Gunaseeli.M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS.  He said in the statement that he directly investigated the Tamarai
International School on 30-11-2022.

 3: Mrs. A.  Glory Gunaseeli.M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS.  Is a graduate of Bachelor of General Law (BGL).  At
Tamarai International School, the students should investigate how to look after the interests of the female students. 
Who should be investigated?  With whom should the inquiry begin first?  How to Investigate Overdue Complaints 
learned that he was well versed in the practices of.

4: Certified copies of letter written by student through Right to Information Act in CBSE New Delhi office. Mrs. A.
Investigated the complaint filed on the basis of good faith in the interest of the students studying at Tamarai
International School. Glory Gunaseeli. M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS. A person who is required to give a
statement to the government must not give a statement contrary to the law. Knowing that, District Child Welfare
Officer No.823/M.K.B.A/2022, dated 21-12-2022 Thanjavur. Report given, in paragraph 4, the complaint given in good
faith in the interest of the students is false and dishonest in his report. submit. in Ncpcr In the manner.Mrs. A.  Glory
Gunaseeli. M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS. False, enquiry report. obtained by Tanjore District Collector,
Mr.Ponraj Oliver.I.A.S. has been reported,  sent to your office. district child protection officer no documentary
evidence,or supporting documents his not enclosed..

complaint given in good faith in the interest of the students is false and dishonest in his report.  In the manner Mrs. A. 
Glory Gunaseeli.  M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS.  Tanjore District Collector, Mr.  Ponraj Oliver.I.A.S.  has sent.
Your office.

 5: District Child Protection Officer, Mrs. A.  Glory Gunaseeli.  M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS for his untruthful
and dishonest submission of report in support of Thanjavur Tamarai International School is illegal.

 6: Thanjavur District Collector Mr. Ponraj Oliver.IAS, District Child Protection Officer, Mrs. A.  Glory Gunaseeli.  It is
not known whether he has scrutinized the reports given by M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS on the Lotus School
Inquiry Report.

7: The report given by the District Collector was not made available to me in full by his office.  So I could not know
about it.  District Child Protection Officer, Mrs. A.  Glory Gunaseeli.  M.S.W.M.A.,M.PIL,BGL., B.ED., PGDCFS has
submitted a report on “Investigation in Mechanical Nature”.  Neither the details of the names investigated nor the
signature of the letter was investigated.  Considering that, it is illegal to have prepared and sent an inquiry report in
favor of the above Inter Thamarai Inter National school management. Thanjavur.

 Therefore, the National Child Welfare Commission has synced the signature written by the student at Tamarai
International School and conducted an investigation by the Special Investigation Unit of the Police “in the
interest of the future of the students.”  Orders should be issued.”  The school administration is threatening me
and my family with death threats regarding the investigation of the complaint filed by me in good faith for the
welfare of the students. I request them to provide protection to me and my family.
