I would like to state that my name is Ortis Agyei Owusu and I am working in NCR Ghana for
nearly seven(7) years starting from 2016 to 2023 and also did national and extension services
from 2014-2015 exclusive. I work as ATM Technicain in the Engineering department.

Respectfully, I would state that I received a good opportunity for a full-time studies with a
duration of five years period to obtain my degree certificate in computer science major in
software engineering from Colorado State university in fort colins, United State of America,
which would help me in enhancing my skills and polishing my knowledge in my career
progression in future. I believe that this course will help me serve NCR Ghana better After my
five years program duration.

Dear Ortis Agyei Owusu,

NCR Ghana has accepted your application for study leave for five years period to study in
Colorado State University in fort Colins, USA to pursue your degree in computer science major
in software engineering.

You can now move ahead to get your high education to enhance your skill and knowledge to a
great extent from 20th of Febuary, 2023.

unfortunattory, you will not be giving salary for every month becuase you were into contract
bases but we will support you with some amount and some other wages which will be announce
to you leter to support the cost of your higher studies for your first year according to the terms
and conditions of NCR Ghana. Please note that the package may not be more than 10% of your
tuition fee.

We all know that you have been a very dedicated and hard-working employee of NCR Ghana for
the past 7 years. Hence, we wish you great success in your higher studies. We hope that you will
