A lawyer from the Catholic University of Santa María, he has a master's degree in
conflict resolution from the San Martín de Porres University, a specialization in natural
resource law from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences and 17 years of
experience advising companies from various sectors in Peru.

He has extensive experience developing and directing land and property acquisition
projects. As well as advising companies on natural resources regulation in Peru.

International Trade and Customs from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos

Lawyer graduated from the Catholic University of Santa María, with a specialization in
labor law. She has 17 year of experience advising companies on labor law and human
resources.

- Alinsson Borja
Industrial engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has a
Master's Degree in Senior International Management from the Complutense University
of Madrid and specializes in operations and logistics. She has 4 years of experience in

- Juan Carlos Dominguez
Graduated in Forestry Engineering with more than 9 years of experience in the
development of investment studies aimed at improving biodiversity conservation
services, recovery of ecosystem services and soil conservation works in degraded areas
of basins, protected natural areas and hydrocarbon lots.

- Edwin Valverde
Administrative Engineer Degree, extensive experience and knowledge in Business
Administration and Management Tools, with sixteen years of experience in Logistics
and Operations.

has had participation in the validation and presentation of Methodologies linked to

and special inspections for the development of activities in mining and energy projects.

The legal physical sanitation of real estate consists of carrying out all the legal
