    Maintenance Multicor S80 Dismantling


    1. Preparing .
    • Shut Power Off.
    • Cleaning area.
    • Dismantling Cable at Electronic Disocont Tersus :
    LoadCell.

    Speed sensor.

    Lock For Loadcell Before Take Out the Mechanic.

    2. Take Out Complete Component using Crane

    2. Remove Cover One Side and Open bolt.

    3. Remove Loadcell Measuring Device Frame

    4. Open the 4 Nut and remove the Motor

    5. Open the 5 nut of the Measuring Wheel, Open the Snap Ring.

    6. Open the universal clamping of the Flexible Connection Silicone.


    Lift Up the arm frame Measuring shaft.

    7. Open the nut, Lift Up the base plate.

    9. Open Rubber Coupling ( Blue Arrow )


    Open Long Nut ( Red Cycle )

    10. Open the Coupling ( Red Color )

    11. Open Tree Snap Ring ( Red Arrow )


    Open Pin Bolt ( Blue Cycle )

    12. Take Out Measuring shaft Rotor from Measuring Shaft Housing.

    13. Open shaft sealing ring and Inner Bearing.

    14. Stationary Outer housing.


    Open the Snap Ring and the nipple bolt. Open the cover.

    15. Open sealing and inner bearing.
