FACE TO FACE INTERNSHIP TRAINING PLAN

Applicable to all departments

Program/Specialization : BACHELOR OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY –
ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY
Training Schedule : MONDAY – FRIDAY, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Duration : 540 hours

GENERAL GUIDELINE FOR FACE-TO-FACE INTERNSHIP

Face to face internship is a 100% in-person internship work experience program where the intern
gains experience while working in a professional setting and is physically present at the job
location.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES
The following potential activities which are suitable for face-to-face internship but not limit to:
・Problem solving
・Wireless Network/Telecom
・Programming
・Sensor System Technology
・Digital signal processing applications
・Computer Networking
・Digital and Analog Design

STUDENT OUTCOMES
At the end of the training period, it is expected that the trainee has:
1. Applied the academic theories and work values acquired from the academe in the
host industry.
2. Increased knowledge in their fields of specialization with the help of the cooperating
industry.
3. Exposed to majority, if not all suggested training targets specified in the In-Plant
Training guide written below.
4. Acquired sufficient exposure to the actual work environment.
5. Fully accomplished the requirements of their training program as instructed by the
school and the cooperating industry.
