SUBJECT : After Activity Report re Coordination with the MDRRMO on

the Implementation of Disaster Preparedness Response

1. Reference: Memo from C, POMU dated May 22, 2023 with same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the UPER Parameters on Implementation of Disaster

Preparedness response wherein one parameter is the number of coordination
meeting conducted with concerned agencies (respective MDRRMO).

3. In connection with the above cited reference, please be informed that at

about 9:30 AM of June 21, 2023, Pat John Carlo A Guingab, Asst. Opn PNCO
under the guidance of the undersigned coordinated to Mrs. Marivic A. Guingab,
MDRRMO with regard to their preparation in terms of natural calamities such as
but limited to typhoon and earthquake.
