How has HIV affected people's lives?

Introduction:

Society is developing day by day. People's needs are increasing day by day. Since ancient times, eating
well and wearing warm clothes has evolved into eating well and wearing nice clothes. Humans rush to
exploit resources to produce materials, so natural resources are depleted, environmental pollution is
everywhere, and the atmosphere reaches red alert... As a result, nature affects us in contrast to humans.
Chemicals come into daily life, pesticide residues enter the body, toxic breathing air... from there arise
incurable diseases, genetic mutations, depression, immunodeficiency... has grown so rapidly that
scientists have not yet been able to find a cure. One of those dangerous diseases is HIV/AIDS - The
disease of the century has destroyed many human lives.

Global:

HIV stands for the phrase Human Immunodeficiency Virus, if the disease is not prevented as fast as
possible, it will cause AIDS, the final stage of HIV, which stands for Acquired Immuno Deficiency
Syndrome. They take advantage of white blood cells to gradually invade, destroy white blood cells and
reduce your body's immunity, so that when the simplest diseases arise in an incurable disease, this
weakened immune system becomes the cause of death for people infected with HIV or AIDS. According
to the World Health Organization (WHO), HIV is considered a pandemic. Because, while the world has
not yet found a way to cope, the number of infected people is still increasing. From the discovery of HIV
in 1981 until 2006, AIDS killed more than 25 million people, about 0.6% of the world's population
infected with HIV. According to the Global Health Policy statistics table, there were approximately 38
million people living with HIV at the end of 2021, and 10 million people have died of AIDS since the
outbreak began (1981), with 1.5 million new infections and 680000 people dying of AIDS up to 2020. In
2020, there were 36 million people living with HIV, including 1.7 million children aged 0–14, and more
than half (53%) were girls and women. These figures indicate that HIV is spreading at a rapid pace and is
difficult to control. South Africa has a population of 7.5 million people. Africa is the continent with the
most HIV-infected people. This is precisely because of its backward economy and poor conditions.
Western and Central Africa account for approximately 4.9 million people infected, with Eswatini having
the highest prevalence, accounting for nearly 27% of the entire world. There are currently three main
routes to HIV/AIDS: sexually transmitted, blood-borne, and mother-to-child transmission or through
contact utensils and preparations contaminated with HIV.

National:

The HIV epidemic in Brazil is classified as stable at the national level, compared to many other countries.
However, the actual difference is only a few thousand, and even the new infections of some other large
countries each year are many times less and even show signs of decreasing year by year. In 2020, there
were 930, 000 people living with HIV compared to 640, 000 people, an increase of 30,000 per year
ranging from 2010-2020, with the HIV prevalence in the general population at 0.5% and among adults
15-49, an increase from 0.3% in 2001, with higher levels in south and southeast of the country.
