H. NARRATIVE REPORT:

The meeting for was held last November, 2021 via Google Meet App/Website. There
were eight(8) teachers and one(1) Head Teacher attended the Meeting. It started at 10:45 in the
morning.

The meeting was formally started with a prayer led by the curriculum adviser, Mr.
Wilfredo Espina, and a welcome message from our Head Teacher Ma’am

At 10:55 in the morning, the meeting proper commenced. Roll call for attendance and
reminders were announced before the first agendum of the meeting.

On the said meeting, our schedules indicated in the Alternative Working

Arrangement(AWA) were made clear in relation to schedule on printing of modules. Materials
and concerns was discussed, materials and subject related printing queries are raised where
floating teachers are recommended lend a hand on production, distribution and retrieval of
students module.

School reports were discussed in connection to monitoring of students who are at risk
with failing grades. The teachers assured to follow-up learners who have difficulties in learning
and provide remedial classes to those students. Ma’am Acuna recommended to conduct home
visitation to make remedial classes possible. To assure, the curriculum adviser confirms the
students grade status from different subject teachers. Mr.make clear about the deadline of
passing of grades to be on time on November 19.
 The meeting goes on preparing for the beautification project in our school. Starting on
per classroom improvement by conducting clean up drive, fixing of chairs and school facilities.
Mr. Espina noted on the meeting to seek and reach out for stakeholders engagement in school
improvements.

After concerns were discussed, announcement on MRTD Vaccination of students in

grade 8 will be synchronized with distribution and retrieval of modules next week, November 24
and 25. The meeting end at 12:15 in the afternoon, with the same number of attendees.
