The NLB 225 Series water jetting units have been designed to to tackle the toughest water jetting
applications. Their quick-change, in-line fluid end design has fewer part to increased operating efficiency
and simpler maintenace. They require only a simple conversion kit to operate at pressures from 10,000 to
24,000 psi (700 and 1700 bar), with flow to 44 gpm (167 lpm). The unit are build around a slow running
triplex plunger pump to minimize wear and maintenance, saving money on part and increasing uptime.

Standard unit unit features to include :

 Single manifold and discharge piping assembley is used for all pressures.
 The swing-out manifold makes pressure conversions fast and easy.
 The quick Conversion fluid and allows the pump to operate at pressures between 10,000 psi (700
bar) and 24,000 psi (1,700 bar) and makes maintenance fast and easy.
 All Operating controls, including the pressure compensating by pass valve, pressure gauge with
snubber, rupture disc assembly are mounted on an accessory manifold to provide an additional
protection for these components.

 Water Pressure Actuated throttle automatically returns the engine to idle when the operator
disengages the cleaning tool, Saving fuel and minimizing wear.
 The Pressure switch on the suction piping shuts down the pump if the inlet pressure drops below
factory pre set level.
 100 gallons water tank with heavy duty booster pump.
 Inlet water piped through a high flow stainless 20 micron filter assembly.
 Heavy duty 12 volt system with battery enclosed in a weather tight box.
 68 gallons (257 L ) steel fuel tank with theft resistant fill port.
 The unit is primed and panted with industrial grade enamel.
 Standart SKID mounted – Components mounted on a heavy-duty skid
 All Equipment thoroughly tested at NLB factory.

Cummins QSC-505 / 8.3

The Cummins 8.3 L engine features an electronically controlled fuel system to monitor critical
functions. Directed top-liner cooling reduces oil cunsumption and emissions.

225 V BELT Drive System

V Belt drive arrangement completely shrouded with belt guard.

WL-WATER LUBRICATION
Three plunger water lubrication system offers superior and packing file. The water is piped
through the stuffing box and is deposited directly on the plungers. A closed system prevents dirt
and other contaminants from entering the rod box. Oil lubes option Available.
