2023 NETWORTH:

No matter what it takes, earn your first self earned $1000.


Don't brag about your money. Just grind in silence, work
you ass off and earn it. Provide services to the potential
clients and make money.
MINUTES MEDITATED

This is an average of 16 min per day. Combination of LOA,


mindfulness, gratitude and Kundalini meditation. It will increase
my focus, happiness and clarity of mind which will definitely help
me to improve my spiritual being.
WAKEUP AT 5:30 AM

Wake up everyday at 5:30 am. For this you need to sleep at 10:30pm
to get a total of 7 hours of sleep. The day will start with a glass of
water, scheduling day and meditating for 15 minutes. This habit will
give you the advantage to finish all your work in the daylight and
enjoy the rest of the day.
BOOKS TO READ/MO

A Book has avg 300 pages. So, you have to read only 10 pages per
day to complete the book in 1 month. Repeated book will also be
counted. Read the best 9 books in this year and expand your
knowledge. And read 1 page of "The Daily stoic" everyday.
BODY WEIGHT GOAL 2023

Eat a caloric surplus diet to become jacked and look big.


Gain a lean and healthy muscle mass this year. Focus
more on eating and hypertrophy to get a jacked
physique. Go to gym daily.
WISHLIST 2023

I know this is a expensive thing to buy this year. But I need a good
mobile phone for productivity reasons and also for great camera
quality. Airpods are also necessary for listening to music and
podcast in high quality. I am 100% confident that I will buy these
with my self earned money this year. Wish you best of luck!
