Communication is essential for the successful functioning of any organisation, but some companies taken it to an awful
extreme conditions. It is considered a new normal or their right to contact their employee, whenever they wish to just
because they need to assert dominance.

As per a recent survey done by data-science.inc it was found that almost 47.5 % of Managers or Senior heads always tried
to reach out their subordinates or team member to get official information related to work off hours, however this survey
even stated that the employees hardly replied to such calls. Perhaps, these kind of situations bring in a lot of
misunderstandings and negative judgement between each other.

Migration is a term that is usually mentioned to talk about seasonal movement of animals from one region to another in search of food
and good weather conditions. But this has even become a familiar situation for people living in rural areas whose basic occupation is agriculture,
which has become difficult with a boom in technology and a computerized fast paced world. People believe agriculture has low returns and lots of
physical effort and therefore opt to move out for better work opportunities to urban areas.
