All of praise and thanks to God, Because by His mercy writer can finish the report on time and
gave me the opportunity to complete the field Work practices report that i made.

And the writer also say thank you all sides who support and help the writer to finish the

CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

A. BACKGROUND

Internship or field work gives us knowledge about how tiring it is to work in the
industrial world & gives us knowledge about how to work properly.

Cosmetics are used to give a beauty and health to the body. Cosmetics are known since
centuries ago. In the 19th century, the use of cosmetics began to receive attention, not only for
beauty but also for health.

B OBJECTIVES

The objectives of job training in business world area

1. To introduce the students to business

2. Gaining experience and insight into the world of work

3. To train the students mentally

4. To train the students responsbility

5. To increase the students capability in administration department


CHAPTER II

PRODUCTION AND PROCESS

A. TIME AND PLACE

Job training is held from 12 August to 3 September (due to the PPKM period in the area)
and the processing time is from 9.00 a.m to 17.10 p.m at PT ATSIRI JAMALINDO JAYA At Ruko
Grand Boulevard Harapan Indah AT 16 - 11, RT.10/RW .8, People's Heritage, Kec. Tarumajaya,
Bekasi, West Java 17214

B. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENTS

The materials and Equipments to job training in Mediterania Boulevard Residances are:

1) Mask

2) PPE clothing

3) gloves

4) shoes

5) Bottles and bottle cap

6) Pen
C. THEORITICAL REVIEW

1) Assauri (1995)

Production is an activity to create or increase the use of goods or services.

2) Drs. Mohammad Hatta (1994:4)

production is all work that can generate benefits, increase the existing benefits and share the
benefits among the people

3) Magfuri (1987:72)

Production is a process of changing goods to have a use value for human needs.

4) Drs. Eko Harsono ( 1994:4)

said that production is all human efforts / activities that can bring objects into a state so that they
can be used to meet human needs better.

E. RESULTS

The results of job training are :

1. Get knowledge not learned in school

2. Able to respect parents in the office

3.students understand the real works in industries

CHAPTER III

FINDING

A. IMPLEMENTATION
Supporting factors for job training are:

• Good company between staff at IPC and students who have job training

•There is no discrimination between staff and students

• Motivation and support from everyone

• A good response if students cannot do the work of a field officer

B. BENEFITS

1. Benefits For schools:


• Through OJT, schools will have good partnerships with institutions

• Through OJT, Schools can implement dual programs based on the curriculum

2. Benefits For students:


• Students can try to work in teams

• Students will get a certificate from IPC after completing job training

• Can train students mentally

3. Benefits for the insitution:


•Know better in employee quality

•Institutions will have a good relationship


CHAPTER IV

CLOSING

Thank you for the blessings of God Almighty, and our cooperation and hard workthen
the preparation of the Field Work Practices report is complete which is a mandatory task in this
activity.

In compiling the Prakerin Field Work Practices, we received guidance from the mentors,
teachers and teachers, as well as colleagues from Vocational Senior High School 1 Perguruan
“CIKINI”. For that, we express our deepest gratitude.

A. CONCLUSION

With this prakeri activity,we conclude that this activity is very beneficial for all Vocational
students. Work experience gained will certainly make students have expertise according to
their fields. And of course this will all help for the future, when it plunged into the world of
work.

B. SUGGESTION

For juniors who want to carry industrial work activities, prepare everything carefully.
Especially for material that has been taught at school. Because all of that will definitely be
related to future industrial activities
