process -Implementation Process -Procedures, Plans -Non-conformity -Records Our expectations (your role) Specific HSE plan : Plan, organize, coordinate with construction team all needed arrangements of the plan and assist in implementation Liaise with consultant for HSE requirements and matters Drive the construction team to comply with HSE plan, Menasco Policy and legal requirements (see slide before for drive) Enforce rules and procedures on site & report to HSE Engineer/HSE Manager repeated deviations Our expectations (your role) Inspect / Monitor sites and ensure the activities are carried out according to set HSE plan and Company & Legal standards (if not you have to report immediately to HSE Engineer/HSE Manager) Propose/advise to PM/CM/SE effective HSE solutions for arising problems or situations and support in implementation (repetition of problems mean your solutions are not effective, investigate why) Report on HSE performance to consultant / Main Contractor and HSE Engineer/HSE Manager.
