Snow White Beauty will be the name of my company. The organization will be based at
Business Bay Centre Mall, 2rd Floor stall 22 Eastleigh, Nairobi. The company will be dealing in
production of organic skin care products. I mainly chose this line because it is highly on demand
it’s free chemical nature.

Business Description and operation

My company is Snow White Beauty, it will be dealing with organic skincare products for both
male and female gender. Snow White Beauty products will be of high quality, safe, effective and
affordable in nature. Snow White Beauty company is situated in Embakasi, Nairobi. Snow White
adheres to all the law on taxation and employee welfare. The company uses advanced and safe
production process to produce its products. Our product strategy is to market products that will
not only satisfy our customers needs but will also make them want to come back for more.

Market Analysis 
Organic skin care product market share is expanding due to its high demand. Many consumers
prefer organic skin care product to the luxury product due to its chemical free nature making its
use be preferred by the consumers.
Snow White Beauty Company will be making use of social media platforms such as Instagram
and Facebook to promote its product.
