SECTION 1: HUMAN RELATIONS BACKGROUND.

NAME: ALENA M. TERRADO

Topic 1: Introduction of Human Relation (Gym Mabunay-Querubin)

As the first reporter, Sir Gym delivered his topic in a very commendable and worth emulating
strategy. He really presented all the details of his tpoic with mastery and enthusiasm. Also
making sure that the listeners are actively listening by means of asking follow-up questions.
Sir Gym was also able to provide relevant information about his topic.
I always believe in the saying that “No Man is an Island” that everyone really needs a
company and comfort of others. And with that, we must build good relationship with all that
surrounds us to have people that we can always rely on. Building good relationship with
others also help us boost our confidence knowing that we have many people who respects
and supports us.

Topic 2: The Current Challenges in Human Relations (Clarisa Sepe)

Ma’am Clarissa did a great job in delivering her topic. She was also able to convey
understandable information about the topic. Also showed her mastery of her topic.
Challenges are inevitable. A lot of factors can affect or will challenge our good relations with
others. Just like in our workplace, we cannot deny the fact that in competition is always
present, specially if we are in a large station. Problems in our family also can affect our
performance in work. But what important is, we must learn adapt whatever changes and
challenges we may encounter. We must be positive in attitude always.

Topic 3: What Human Relations is Not (Arlene C. Cerilles)

Ma’am Arlene is also an effective reporter. She delivers the topic well and even made the
discussion more interactive and interesting. Ma’am also showed her expertise and making
sure that all the listeners were able to understand what she wants to be understood.
In this topic, the learning that I have catch up is, to have good relationships to other you must
be the real you. Let other people know what you really thinking and feeling and always be
true to yourself to gain trust. Just be genuine.
Topic 4: Human Relation Strategies for Success (Cecil C. Cabanig)
Ma’am Cecil was able to deliver the topic successfully. She provided varied information and
give more examples. Ma’am also gives further explanation to every details.
Success is the accomplishment of an aim or a purpose. To gain success we must know the
strategies. We must develop everything within ourselves. Know how to develop mutual
respect and know how to build good communication skills. Motivations also help us to be
successful because it serves as our driving force to strive harder.
