Regarding the tractor problems from your end, we would like to have more information about the
product complaints as follows;
1. For all the complaints i.e. 09 no.s of flange rear axle 000016399P04, spring dowel, turbocharger
studs, front axle support bracket, speed housing, CAM forward reverse shuttle, wear of fork I II
III IV, housing rear transmission, Rail I II III IV. Please fill the PCR format indicating the tractor
serial number and chassis number, the tractor hours run.
2. Please share the pictures of the solid rims for haulage and those for ploughing separately
indicating haulage or ploughing.
3. Photographs of tractors trailers those mostly used for transportation and indicate the total tons
each trailer carries.
4. On what hours do the nuts of the front jerrycan weights start snapping.
5. For front axle bracket, please indicate how many tractors have those issues.
6. For speed housing, how many cases have you found.
7. For fork I II III IV. Pls indicate the failure hours in the PCR format,
Kindly avail us with more details regarding the above points such that we can get a lasting solution.
