Volunteering

I gave several training courses for 7 months to all the needy people in Queluz on healthy eating habits,
pharmaceutical care, as well as the best way to use the food donated by the junta in their daily lives. I
decided to support the parish council because I was informed that there was a lot of food wastage on the
part of the people who were helped. By embracing this subject, I was able to discover the root of the
problem and adapt training so that there was less food and monetary waste.
