Recipe/Formulation Sheet

Key Ingredients

There are 3 key ingredients in soap: oil or fat, lye and water.

1. Oil — Palm oil, Palm Stearin and Lauric acid

2. Lye — sodium hydroxide (NaOH)

3. Water — distilled water

Optional Ingredients
Many things can be added to the 3 key ingredients for color, scent, texture and
lather.

Lavender, citrus, chamomile, mint, rose, bergamot, lemongrass, almond, coconut,


sandalwood and patchouli.

Yellow: Goldenrod, curry, powdered lemon peel, yellow silt clay, mustard,

Green: Spirulina, spinach, kale, chlorella, liquid chlorophyll, kelp powder, avocado

Blue: Blue Thai tea, red cabbage infusion, blueberries, carmine

Pink: Cherries, raspberries, strawberries, paprika, rose petals, hibiscus flowers

Brown: Tea, coffee, cocoa powder

Orange: Carrot juice, pumpkin

Light Dark Brown Soap


You have several choices to make this color soap. To get a brown shade to your soap try black
walnut hull, ground cloves, all spice, or nutmeg.

Yellow Soap
For a yellow shade try safflower powder, turmeric, annatto seeds, and calendula petals.

Green Soap
To make soap green use burdock leaf, comfrey leaf, dandelion leaf, or French Green Clay

Red Soap
For red soap use madder root, sandalwood powder, or Moroccan red clay

Purple Soap
For purple soap try alkanet root.

Our supreme and premier quality noodle is 80/20 & 90/10, made with Lauric, Myristic, Palmitic,
Stearic, Oleic & Linoleic. We add Preservative (EDTA/HEDP) less than 0.05 %, Sodium
Chloride in nominal quantity.

Above ingredients make our noodle attractive for soap maker. After addition of own brands
additive soap maker can form their own brands.

Complaints Procedure Checklist

1. Listen carefully to customers
2. Notify the person concerned about the fact that a client has a
complaint.
3. Send complaint as soon as practicable to the staff appointed to attempt
to resolve the complaint;
4. Gather information that GAMALUX Team need to resolve the
problem
5. Request customer to put their complaint in writing and to attach
relevant documentation, if not possible then do documentation yourself
6. Complaints are recorded in complaints register
7. Which tools to use for recording complaints?
8. Show empathy for your customers’ concerns, and try to satisfy them
9. Thank customers for complaining
10. Apologize even if GAMALUX did not cause the problem
11. Offer a solution
12. Key person checks complaint to make sure that the complaint is
recorded in the register, this person also identifies the nature and scope
of the complaint and decide which competent person should handle the
complaint;
13. Discuss possible solutions
Explain to the client the procedure that will be followed in order to
attempt to resolve the complaint
14. Keep promises
Complaints must be solved within "reasonable time";
Acknowledge receipt of complaint in writing and indicate which staff
will handle the complaint /investigation
15. Ask for feedback and thank your customer again
16. Draw the client's file;
17. Keep customers constantly informed of the case
18. Give full reasons for decision in writing to the client
19. Control the quality of the service
