To have a general study on The offers which are provided by the Company i.e wealth
management, tax savings, mutual fund, bonds, fixed deposits, pension systems, depository,
and financial advisory services. Bajaj Capital serves customers in India.

1.3 IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY

It was important to do this study so that investor who does not have experience in mutual
fund market or who is new in this market should not face a bad experience and face loss
because this would make a bad image of mutual funds in the mind of investor and he would
think of investing in any other Fund of Financial tool. In this study we have taken 2 most
prestigious and top performing companies in field of Mutual funds HDFC and Aditya Birla.
In this study we will compare Both companies’ different funds to choose best products for
investors.

Income and risk are the two parameters which play an important role while selecting a
particular product as it can create an opportunity for one product, and may not for the other

Capital markets are financial markets that bring buyers and sellers together to trade
stocks, bonds, currencies, and other financial assets. Capital markets include the stock
market and the bond market. They help people with ideas become entrepreneurs and help
small businesses grow into big companies.
The capital Market helps in the proper allocation of resources from the people who have
surplus capital to the people who are in need of capital. So, we can say that it helps in the
expansion of industry and trade of both public and private sectors leading to balanced
economic growth in the country.
