1. Visit the Hazard Hunter website of the Department of Science and


Technology (DOST): https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph/.

2. Type in the Search Box the location of your barangay. See sample below.

3. Double-click on the map the location of your household (barangay hall, office,
or other establishments) to generate assessment. See sample below.

4. Go to Assessment Results to see the hazards within your area. See sample
below.

5. Based on the results and your own analysis/experience, accomplish the
matrix in page 4, and assess whether your barangay is at low, medium, or
high risk per hazard.

6. Once accomplished, save the file and submit assignment via Training
Information Management System (IMS).
Upload the assignment using the filename template <surname> <assignment
number>
Example: (Dela Cruz_assignment 1)

Deadline is not later than 1600H of this day.
