I. Name of Activity: 1st Quarter HRPTA Meeting

II. Date: September 26, 2022
III. Venue: Grade 6 – Aristotle Classroom
IV. Participants: Parents & Teacher Adviser

V. Introduction:
Parent - Teachers Associations is one of the most significant
organization in the school community. The vital role signifies good
partnership in terms of the implementation of the programs and
projects in the school itself. The association revitalizing endeavor of
effort to exist the good result of one program. On this part output and
outcomes resulted of the success. The school itself could not stand
alone without the help of the PTA officials. Twice a month, the meeting
process for the progress and development of the program implemented.

VI. Objective/Agenda:
1. To promote harmonious relationship.
2. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders.
3. To promote school-community friendly environment.
4. To discuss the following agenda for the classroom:
a. School Rules and Regulations
b. Class Schedule
c. Wearing of School ID
d. Following of school health protocols
e. Submission of original PSA Live Birth of learners
f. Classroom Requirements
g. Learner’s Performance in All Subject Learning Areas
h. Guidelines in giving of grades to Learner’s Academic
Performance
i. Learner’s Behavior
j. Learner’s Attendance
k. Wearing of School Uniform
l. Election of Class and HRPTA Officers
m. Other matters

VII. Highlights of the Activity

 1. 20 out of 29 parents attended in the 1st Quarter HRPTA Meeting
2. Newly Elected HRPTA Officers for the SY 2022-2023
3. Parents participated actively in the meeting with valuable comments
and suggestions given to the adviser for the classroom preparations
and other concerns.
4. Parents supported the classroom project in providing Electric Fans to
ensure conducive learning to happen.
5. Significant classroom requirements for learners were discussed
thoroughly.
6. Parents are now aware about the rules and regulations of the school.
7. Guidelines in giving grades to learner’s academic performance

VIII. Results/Output
1. The HRPTA Officers agreed to the agenda discussed in the meeting and
they promised to render and give their full support to the school
2. The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 pm.
