Respected Sir,

I/We Bibhuti Ranjan Biswal Proprietor of M/s Maa Jogamaya Traders ensured that the
compliance with the provision of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 as per the clause 54 and 55 of Indian
Railways General Condition of Contract as follows:

i) Wages to Labour: Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

ii) Provisions of Payments of Wages Act: Payment of Wages Act, 1936.

iii) Contract labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 and the Contract labour (Regulation and
Abolition) Central Rules 1971,

iv) Para 30 & 36-B of the Employees Provident Fund Scheme, 1952; Para 3 & 4 of Employees'
Pension Scheme, 1995; and Para 7 & 8 of Employees Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976,

v) Section 12 Sub-Section (1) of the Workmen's Compensation Act 1923 and follow all Labour's law /
rules as given in Standard General Conditions of Contract 2022 or latest of Indian Railway with latest
amendments.
