OTHER CONDITIONS:
INGRESS without aircon is free of charge for 4 hours or a day before the event (8am-5pm) subject to availability of the venue. Ingress
exceeding to the allocated time will be charge PHP1,000/HOUR. All boxes and other decorative materials of supplier are not allowed to
stock in the visible areas.
EGRESS should be done for a given time of 2 HOURS ONLY. ALL HEAVY ITEMS (decorative materials, lights and sounds materials
and etc.) are strictly prohibited to transport using the elevator and hotel-owned push carts. Kindly use the STAIRS with proper
avoidance to any damage in all of hotel properties.
“CLEAN AS YOU GO”, Damages done in our Function Room will be charge accordingly.
Prohibited types of material for decorations: Nails, thumbtacks, double –sided tapes, plastic tapes and packing tapes or any potentially
damaging items, shall not be used on any surface of the function room. Masking tape shall only be allowed, instead. Liability for
damages to the linens or banquet fixtures and surfaces will be charged as replacement cost during your event. Guest/Supplier must
provide a candle drip catcher for 18 Candles to avoid damages of the carpet. For décor at ceiling, decorators must use gloved.
Diversion 21 Hotel requires a bond money worth Php2500 for the incidental deposit. It will be refunded after the ENGRESS.

Electricity Charge will depend on the list of equipment on the day of the event
The charges declared here are fully understood and will be subject for any organizer or decorator’s liabilities upon deliberation of the
representative of the management after event. In order to avoid charges, we require that all ceiling decorators must wear hand gloves.
Décors or Suppliers in charged for the onsite set-up at the function room must present this form to the following Hotel Department
upon arrival. This is for their knowledge/awareness and proper coordination to each department concerns for assistance.
