CHECKLIST FOR SITE OPERATIONS

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED: BEFORE LEAVING HOME/PRE-SITE VISIT

For new customers and any pre-work diagnosis, do virtual


site visits through Video calls to the customer. Send site
quotations through Whatsapp/Email. No paper quotations.

Avoid Visiting sites in any Containment Zones.

Avoid Public Transport wherever possible. Use own vehicle


for travelling to the site. (Single rider for 2 wheeler and 2-3
people in car).

Take Mask, Hand Sanitizer and your own lunch/water before


leaving for the site.

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED: AT THE SITE

Sanitize Your Hands upon Entering and while leaving the site.

Dr. Fixit

Keep 3-6 ft Distance while interacting with anyone at the site
and even during lunch.

Avoid Handshakes with anyone, stick to Namaste.


Avoid Interacting with Sr. Citizens/Pregnant Women.

Maintain logbook of temperature check for yourself


and labourers.

Keep a separate set of clothes/shoes for site working.

Sanitize Material, Tools and all commonly used areas daily.

Designate fixed place for Materials, Tools, Rest and Lunch


which will be sanitized daily.

Sanitization should be done DAILY before Starting and

Use 1 part Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach) along with 4 part
Clean Water for sanitization.

Create a Hand Wash area with Clean Water & Soap for
workers to wash hands regularly

Restrict movement of outsiders on the site. Restrict your


movement to and from the site during the day.

Carry your own lunch/water to the site everyday and ensure


to use within site premises only.

No Chewing of Tobacco/Pan during Site Visit.

Send Site Progress photos to Consumer to Avoid Multiple Site Visits.

In case of any symptoms in yourself or labourer, seek


immediate medical advice.

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED: AFTER WORK COMPLETION AND AT HOME

Remove Shoes outside home, keep a pair of shoes which will


be kept outside at all times

Keep a spray bottle with disinfectant near door. Keep


helmet/bag outside door & disinfect it before taking it inside.

Upon entering home directly proceed to bath room & wash


hands/legs & change clothes. Clothes worn during the day
should be put for washing.

Interact with family members only after washing hands/legs &


change of clothes.

All groceries packs should be sprayed with disinfectant & used


after few hours. All Vegetables should be washed with warm
water & used after a few hours. Milk Pouch should be washed
with soap water before using.

Regularly spray disinfectant on Door Bell, Door Knob and


other commonly exposed areas.

WARRANTY TERMS:

i. Issuance of warranty is the sole discretion of Skilled Waterproofer (Waterproofing Contractor).

ii. Warranty is issued by Skilled Waterproofer on his own terms & Dr. Fixit/ Pidilite Industries is not accountable for
the same.

iii. The Warranty is for the replacement of the product of an amount equivalent to the product cost and the labour
costs for re-application of the product due to Coating Failure in the affected portion only.

iv. The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the repair of the Coating Failure (including labour cost) in the
affected portion to the extent of the value equal to the original purchase price of the Products (“replacement
cost”). The Company shall not have any other liability or responsibility irrespective of any representation or
assurance given by any party.

“COATING FAILURE” SHALL MEAN THE FOLLOWING:

i. Film integrity, flaking, peeling and blistering of the Products, caused by one coat of the Product coming off from
another or the Product film coming off from the substrate.

ii. Growth of fungi and algae on wall surfaces* (at least spread over contiguous area of a minimum area of 10 sq
feet) on all Products listed above.

iii. Failure of waterproofing, viz., water ingress from exteriors through the coatings in exterior walls.

EXCLUSIONS:

The warranty will not cover Coating Failure due to factors which are beyond the control of the Applicator, including
but not limited to:
a. Structural defects, moss and other vegetative growth, excessive bird droppings/spitting, water leakage
and seepage in the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface, staining due to plant pots,
efflorescence, water-logging / stagnant water.

b. Natural calamities such as earthquakes, cyclones and flooding

c. Failure or defects in the structure or previous coating, or any repair work undertaken or removal or tampering
with any part of the treated portion.

d. Damage caused by vandalism, accidents and fire

e. Acts of God

f. Abuse or negligence by the Customer

g. Willfully inflicted damage

h. Exposure to chemicals, acids or fumes

i. The Warranty shall be subject to the terms, conditions and provisions mentioned herein.
