The POWER GEN® system is a mini energy generation provided with the BOOSTER HYDROSOL
SYSTEM® added to a compact and soundproof modular generator (GEN Set) ⇒
BOOSTER GEN HYDROSOL®, which uses a smart accumulation system and an energy efficiency
manager (A.I. POWER HYDROSOL®), with which it is possible to supply the necessary electricity
in both heavy industry and at home.

 HOW IT WORKS?
HYDROSOL BOOSTER GEN®:
The main process is a cracking system of a mixture of original fuel and water in higher proportion
(from the tap, contaminated, surplus waste oils of any type) that feeds a generator, which
supplies the energy on demand.

This process is based on a particular magnetothermal effect that modifies the molecular
structure of the mixture, remodelling its qualities and increasing its efficiency. This is used to
power an internal combustion engine of a compact, soundproof and modular inverter generator.

A.I. POWER HYDROSOL®:

This system accumulates energy in a battery bank managed efficiently and intelligently by the
multi-sensor adaptive electronic control system (AI CONTROL BOX®), forming the smart backup
sub-unit, providing electric power in the maximum amount requested, being available in any
moment depending on the energy demand and consumption patterns in the customer's
installation.
System process
1)Internal combustion engine with built-in Hydrosol booster system, provides the mechanical
energy to transform.

2)The alternator collects the mechanical energy of the internal combustion engine,
transforming it into electric, to provide service and power to the energy storage system.

3) Electrical/electronic control system

and comprehensive management of the
substation, which is equipped with a
simple interface of energy management,
to facilitate its optimization and control.

4) Intelligent accumulation management

system, with long life batteries designed
to operate in continuous deep cycles.
