    2. What specific bookkeeping tasks do you need help with?

    3. What systems or software are you currently using for bookkeeping?

    4. What are some of the challenges you face with your current bookkeeping

    process?

    5. How frequently do you need bookkeeping services (monthly, quarterly, etc.)?

    6. What is your budget for bookkeeping services?

    7. How do you currently handle tax preparation and filing?

    8. Have you worked with a freelance bookkeeper before? If so, what was your

    experience like?

    9. What is the most important outcome you want to achieve with your bookkeeping

    process?

    1. Type of Business, is it SERVICE or TRADING (Buy

    and Sell)

    2. Set up of Business, among others, Single

    Proprietor, Partnership, LLC, Corporation

    3. How many years does your business operate?

    4. Do you have bookkeeper before?

    5. Average number of monthly transactions, less

    than 50, more than 50 but less than 100, and up?
    6. Average Gross Revenue Amount, monthly? (One

    of the main determinants in charging your fees,

    whether this client has the capacity to pay you or

    not?

    7. Number of Bank accounts? What are they?

    Number of Credit card accounts?

    8. Do you mix your personal with business

    expenses?

    9. Have you done reconciliation with your books

    before?
    10.Do You maintain Inventory Account? When was

    the last actual inventory account? Amount?

    11.When was the last time you file tax?

    12.Bank reconciliation?

    13.Do you have Cash Flow issues? Do you run out

    of cash always, sometimes? How was it?

    14.Is your Accounts Payable updated? Any

    Loans?

    15.Is your Accounts Receivable updated?

    Reconciled?
    16. How urgent is this matter to be resolved? After

    30 days or 2 months?
