How to define and set the eccentric

One of them happens as follows,means good result:
a: Amplitude Time (a-t) curve flattened after rising.
b: Amplitude Time (a-t) curve rise and fall and then flattens.
c: amplitude frequency (a-f) curve ,the peak of after vibration is higher than before.
d: amplitude frequency (a-f) curve ,the peak of after vibration is left before.
e: amplitude frequency (a-f)curve,the bandwidth of after vibration is narrower than
before.
Screen shows three results:
For the result,there are three results will be showed on the screen:
1,"ok" means result is good,it's effective;
2,"error" means result isn't good,need vibrate again;
3,no show means the vibration is invalid,we should adjust the vibrator,sensor,pad or
eccentric;
if you vibrate the same frame for many times and the result always ok,it is normal,
and the vibrating time maybe will be shorter and shorter,as the residual stress was
relieved completely.

Operation

There are three operations,one is full-automatic,second is semi-automatic,third is manual mode.
1.full-automatic mode(recommend)
a)turn on.
b)press the run/stop button,then the equipment work itself.
c)when the vibrating finished and the equipment stop completely,
press the print button to print result.
2. semi-automatic mode(set time)

a)turn on.
b)press down button.
c)press up button to add time,once 5 minutes.
d)press run button to start working.
e) when the vibrating finished and the equipment stop completely,
press the print button to print result.
3. manual mode(set time and rotation)

1).Turn on-press the up button two times.
2).press the down button one time when the rotation get to 60-130m/s2.
3).write down the rotation and press the stop button.
4).press down button one time.
5).press up button to add time,one time add 5 minutes.
6).press run button to start working.
7).when the vibrating finished and the equipment stop completely, press the print button to print
result.
Very important(easy operation）：

We recommend, firstly, use manual model to find the proper point of sensor(acceleration should be
60-130,the speed less 8000),then use automatic model(also can set time).

Where to put the vibrator,sensor and rubber pads

1.Beam-type workpiece(length is 3 times than width,and length is 5 times than thickness),the rubber
pads(4 pieces) are put on the point of 2/9 length from the end,the vibrator is put on the middle or one
end of one side,the sensor is put on the other end.

2.Plate-type workpiece(length is approximate with width,and length is 5 times than the thickness),the
rubber pads(4 pieces) are put on the point of 1/3 length from the end,the vibrator is put on the middle
or one end of one side,the sensor is put on the other end.

3.Square-type workpiece(the length,width and thinckness are approximate),two of them are put on
one side on the point of 1/3 length from the end,another is put on the middle of the other side,the
vibrator is put on the middle of side which only has one pad,the sensor is put on the othe end.this
type workpiece need 3 pads.
4.Round-type workpiece,the rubber pads(3 pieces) are put on the roundness averagely,the vibrator is
put on the middle of two pads,the sensor is put on the middle of the others two ones.

5.Axle-type workpiece,it can be vibrated similar with the beam-type workpiece.
6.Small workpices,they can be vibrated on a platform by match.

7.Large workpiece with heavy rigidity,it can be vibrated by certain rotating speed and tiem.
Result identify
There are two ways to identify if has obtained good result,one is the peak of curve
after vibrating is higher than the peak of curve before vibrating;the other is the
curve after vibrating on the left of curve before vibrating.
Of course,there is a word “ok” or “error” on the bottom of the printing paper,if “ok”
means good result,if “error” means not good result.then adjust it and vibrate again.

Regarding the eccentric degree of vibratory stress relief equipment,it is decided by
acceleration showing on the screen,if the acceleration being at 60 to 130 m/s*s,so the
eccentric is ok.
How to define the eccentric of vibratory stress relief equipment?
Generally,the eccentric is not a strict number,it can be found by the acceleration,and
always less 120 degree,the process as follows:
Turn on the equipment,press the up button two times,the motor start running,if the
acceleration can reach the range from 60 to 130 m/s*s,means the eccentric is ok,if less
60 m/s*s,adjust the eccentric for bigger one,if the acceleration is too higher more than
130 m/s*s,then reduce the eccentric.
Note,
The eccentric should be less 120 degree,too higher degree will damage the motor.
The eccentric should be adjusted when the equipment stop completely.
