Disassembled engine only to the extent necessary to investigate for oil contamination. It was determined
that the engine did not produce the metal and all the metal was contained in the oil filter. It was deemed
unnecessary to completely disassemble the engine by P&WC. The #3 bearing oil scavenge tube was
changed with an overhaul condition tube with a larger inlet area. The PT Rotor Balance assembly was
balanced the engine was reassembled. Engine tested with the following results: 1173 SHP - 36533 rpm
Ng- 1811°R Tt5 - 1815°R T5D - .555 SFC-9.53 PR at 36000 rpm Ng-del Tt5 trim none with infinite n.
Removed engine from test and reinstalled on customers aircraft.

MAINTENANCE RELEASE: This certifies that the work specified above was carried out in accordance with Federal
Aviation Regulations and current manufacturers specifications. In respect to the work performed, the engine/component is approved
for return to service. Pertinent details of the repair are on file at this repair station under work order No: 214337

1. C-W a 100/300 hour & Hot-section inspection in accordance with FAR 43 app: d &
CSN: 2,208 4,
the manufacture's maintenance manual's.
2. Split engine at C-Flange & removed hot-section components for repair by R.T.
Turbines, Inc. CRS # MW9R610J. Work order# 02842 dated 08/Feb/2018 for
repair details. Reinstalled hot-section components & reinstalled power-section with
new p/n: 3075036-01 sealing ring. All work was done in accordance with the PT6A-
65AG overhaul manual p/n: 3032843. Rev.47.
3. Removed fuel nozzles, clean & flow checked. Installed lea new overhauled tip p/n:
27700-5 by Tennessee Aircraft Co. CRS# QTFR-673L Work order 31870 dated
16/May/2017 All nozzles checked satisfactory at this time. Reinstalled nozzles with
all new seals.
4. Inspected main oil strainer. No metal noted at this time.
5. Clean & reinstall firewall fuel filter.
6. Removed fuel inlet filter & cleaned & reinstalled. Replaced fuel outlet filter.
7. Checked chip detector for metal. None noted at this time. i
8. Lubed all controls & linkages. i
9. Serviced engine with EASTMAN 2380 oil. l

10. Installed new pin: CH34055 ignitors.
11. Installed new p/n: P510336 main inlet air filter. Note next filter replacement Due Hobbs !
7125.4 or 500 hours TIS.
12. C-W S.L.172 by inspecting Bata Valve plunger. Plunger checked satisfactore for service at
this time.

13. Lubed propeller with aeroshell # 6 & inspected Bata block assembly & found within service
limits.
14. Note AD2016-05-13 is not applicable by p/n: 8063-014 s/n: 12137324 FCU installed. 1,._
15. All work was done in accordance with the manufactures manuals.
16. Ene:ine e:round run, svstems checks & leak checked satisfactorv at this time.
I certify this Engine has been inspected in accordance with a 100 hour & Hot-section Inspection & approved for return
to service for work performed at this time. .

FCU and HP fuel pump sent for overhaul. Reinstalled FCU (PN: 8063-014 SN: 12137324). Reinstalled fuel
pump (PN: 3040760 SN: 0148). (See Kansas Aviation 8130's) Ran aircraft andfound Torque gauge and NG
gauge inoperative. Replaced Torque gauge and NG tach generator. Completed leak check; no leaks noted.
Checked engine ground idle and flight idle settings and conducted a power assurance check. All engine
systems and settings are in normal operating parameters. Conducted a visual inspection of entire aircraft and
found to be in airworthy condition for the ferry flight.
