CONSULTING

Lebone Women Empowerment is a registered non-profit organization (033-

319NPO). The organization is also registered with the provincial department
of social development in 2004.

Our organization is been operation for 24 years serving Boitekong with

dignity, we giving services to three different wards. We have 10 health care
workers, our aim is to influence people not to lose hope but to step up and
claim their place and space in all spheres of life through information,
empowerment, skill development and providing the necessary resources and
mentorship

Lebone Women Empowerment is delighted to state that our organization will

allow learners from Kgetho Training & Consulting to do the workplace and
experiential learning at our place as well as be exposed to our community
patients. This confirms that this agreement is at no cost to or from Lebone
Women Empowerment. Learners will be allocated patients in order for them
to practice what they have learned at their training and be able to transfer the
knowledge into skills that are relevant to their qualification and skills
programming.

This agreement will assist our organization to have more hands on deck as the
pandemic is threatening the lives of our communities.

The organization will ensure that the learners will be mentored as per M.O.U
(see attached M.O.U documents). This agreement is valid for a period of
