NT SE Application Form 2023: SCERT s of all states and Union territories are expected to begin with the NT SE registration
2023 in April/May 2023 in both online and of f line mode. States like Punjab, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Kerala, Gujarat,
T elangana, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya, Uttarakhand, Nagaland, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir etc will release
the NT SE 2023 application form on their of f icial website. Other states and UT s will commence with the NT SE registration 2023
soon in online/of f line modes. Some states keep the entire NT SE registration online, i.e. students need to f ill and submit the
f orm in online mode while others f ollow the of f line NT SE registration process. Students will need to submit the completely f illed
NT SE application f orm 2023 bef ore the last date.
NT SE 2023 will tentatively be scheduled on November 4 f or Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Andaman and Nicobar Islands,
on November 5 f or other States and UT s. T he last date f or f orm submission varies f rom state to state. T o know more about
NT SE 2023 application f orm, f ind state-wise links to download them and f or other important inf ormation, read the complete
page below.
T he application f or NT SE 2023 is done f or stage 1 only. T hose who qualif y NT SE stage 1 2023 exam will qualif y f or the NT SE
stage 2 which will be conducted in June 2024.
Last year, the National Council of Educational Research & T raining (NCERT ) put on hold the conduct of the NT SE 2021-22
Stage 1 and 2 exam due to administrative reasons.

T he application f orm of NT SE 2023 is made available by States/UT s in the online mode. It can also be collected f rom the
state liaison of f icer.
NT SE 2023 is a one-step application process. Candidates need not apply f or the stage 2 exam.
T he NT SE 2023 application f ee (if applicable in the state) needs to be deposited along with the f orm.

Candidates can obtain, f ill and submit the NT SE application f orm online or of f line by f ollowing the steps listed below:
Obtain Application Form – Download the NT SE registration f orm 2023 f rom the of f icial website or collect it f rom the liaison
of f icer of the state.
Filling up the application form – Candidates need to f ill up the application f orm in their own handwriting as per the
instructions and af f ix their recent photograph along with their signature at the space provided. Candidates will be required to
enter the f ollowing details in the NT SE 2023 application f orm:
1. Candidate’s name
2. Mother's name
3. Father's name
4. Caste category
5. Postal address etc.
Payment of application fee – Candidates will be required to remit the NT SE application f ee (if specif ied by the state/UT ).

Candidates must ensure that the application f orm of NT SE is completely f illed and attached with the required documents as
per the instructions.
Along with the application f orm, candidates are required to attach the documents listed below. All the documents should be duly
attested by the Principal of the School.

All the details entered by the applicant in the NT SE application f orm 2023 must be correct
Fill the details in the upper case only
Do not scribble or make any corrections in the f orm. Write the details in clear handwriting
It is advised that candidates submit the application f orms 4-5 days prior to the last date
NT SE 2023 Exam Centres
Candidates have to f ill their exam centre pref erences in the application f orm. T he exam authority will allot the nearest
examination centre to the candidate. T he complete address of the examination venue will be mentioned on the NT SE admit card
2023 which will be released 15-20 days bef ore the conduct of exam.
NCERT will award the NT SE scholarships 2023 on the basis of certain reservation criteria which is provided below. Candidates
are required to mention their category and attach a copy of the certif icate (in case of reserved category only) in the NT SE
application f orm 2023. T he result and merit lists will also be prepared on the f ollowing reservation criteria:

All states and UT s will start to release the NT SE 2023 application f orm in April/May 2023. T he links to download the application

Q: When can I get NT SE application form?
A: T he application f orm is released online on the of f icial website of the SCERT . In case it is released of f line, you can collect it
f rom your school of f icials or the state liaison of f icer. Every state/UT will to release its own application f orm in in April/May 2023.
Q: What is the mode of NT SE registration?
A: All states release the NT SE application f orm in the online mode. Students need to take its print copy, f ill it, and submit the
completely f illed application f orm of f line along with the application f ee (if any) in their respective schools. Some states have a
completely online registration process.
Q: How can I apply for NT SE 2023?
A: T o apply f or NT SE Scholarship Exam, students have to download the print copy of the application f orm f rom the SCERT
website and submit the f orm to the school of f icials or they can also send the f illed application to the address of state’s liaison
of f icer.
Q: What is the NT SE application fee?
A: T he application f ee is decided by the respective State Liaison Of f icer and will be mentioned in the NT SE application f orm
2023. Dif f erent states charge dif f erent application f ee. Some states like Delhi do not charge any application f ee f or NT S
examination.
