Dear Honourable Ambassador Mayerfas,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to request a meeting
with you at the Indonesia Embassy Den Haag to discuss an important matter regarding the
EU Deforestation Regulation and its impact on Indonesia's forestry industry.

My name is Intan Pransischa Fitri employed by PT Inovasi Digital (PTID) in Indonesia. PTID is
the corporate subsidiary of Earthqualizer Foundation, which is a spin-off from Stichting
Aidenvironment in the Netherlands. Our entities play an important role in the
transformation of the Southeast Asian palm oil industry to become deforestation-free,
among others. By this letter, we are delighted to inform you that Inovasi Digital untuk
transformasi is expanding its operations and opening a new office in Netherlands, Named
MOSAIZX. Related to this expansion we plan to have a discussion to the related stakeholder
and government about the views of EU Deforestation Regulation.

As you may be aware, the EU Deforestation Regulation has gained significant attention
globally due to its aim of combating deforestation and promoting sustainable sourcing
practices. It is my understanding that Indonesia has a vested interest in this matter, as it is
one of the countries affected by this regulation.

The purpose of this meeting is to engage in a constructive dialogue about the potential
implications of the EU Deforestation Regulation on Indonesia's forestry sector and explore
possible avenues for cooperation and collaboration between our respective countries. I
