SA 2: REFLECTIONS
1. Intimacy
 We can say that intimacy is present in one relationship if the person feel
to the another person of belonging, trust, acceptance, love or care as a
friend. This two person have the bond that let the two of them feel
comfortable with each other, they feel connected in such way that they
usually have the same characteristics.
 For me yes, because usually in our friend we are very open that we
become as one. Even though, we don’t talk they already know what we
feel because they can see us through. We became vulnerable whenever
they are near to the point that they can see the weakness of us. I can say
that this is a strength if we are talking about two person who have an
opposite sex feel this into their relationship, they have the trust,
acceptance, care, connectedness, they needed. It also helps us to build
relationships with other people just like in our parents or siblings.

2. I don’t have a boyfriend po Ma’am.

3. Passion

 For me not, As I watched the video, passion is about the fiery feeling we
feel towards opposite sex or to another person intimately. As I have recall,
consummate love is the highest stage of love according to Robert
Sternberg. So, consummate love is the combination of intimacy, passion
and commitment. For me, passion should not be treated as least because
in a couple , they need the fiery feeling or the attraction and romance. So
they will feel excited and be in love through the years of being together. It
also the start of growing relationship that also lead to commitment.

4. Commitment
 For me, commitment is usually happen between the couples. As a couple
who are committed to each other by the power of marriage. Theses two
person understand each other well, as time flies, they become connected
and grow as a couple as they eat together, sleep together, see together,
and make decisions together. They become connected and grow as a
couple. Mostly for the couples, in this stage they already passed the two
stage, that they have the intimacy and passion towards each other. They
have the emotional attachment and physical attraction and they are
committed.
