Jhon: Hi, everyone. My name is Jhon Alfaro and today I will be your interviewer for the
administrator job position

J: Hello, Jhon. My name is Jose Vega

S: Good morning nice to met you Jhon, my name is Susana.

A: And my name is Adrian Sanchez. Today, we have to do a job interview.

Z: Good morning, John, my name is Zulema. Nice to meet you.

Jhon: Good morning gentlemen. We will start with the following question: ¿Can you tell me
what your strengths and weaknesses are?

S: Of course, I am a sociable person, I like to work in a team, I am patient, I

have good communication, among other qualities that are useful for this

position.

J: I know well that I have to assume a position of great responsibility and I think I am up to the
task.

A: In my case, I consider myself a capable person that can do everything because I am a very

perfectionist, who seeks to find the method in which I can help, in a very beneficial way, the

company and thus be able to excel with great success.

I like to work in a team and I consider that an administrator has to work jointly and in solidarity
with the entire finance area.

Jhon: Very good features, gentleman. Now let's move on to another question. Why are you

looking to get this job?

A: I have come to this interview because I have been looking for the opportunity to obtain it,

since I have heard very good reviews about this company.

J: Because it is the field in which I specialize and because the company has a long history, so I

would like to be part of this team to contribute to its growth.

S: I believe that I am the ideal person for this position, and I am sure that I can

help this company continue to grow as it has been doing so far.

Z: I have a specialization in international business and extensive experience as an administrator

Jhon: I am glad that they feel those things for this company. What do they have to offer this

company?

A: I have an excellent ability with numbers, in addition to that, I have developed great work

experiences since I was a child and an immense wish to promote and I can innovate in the

position that I know I am one hundred percent qualified.

J: I have knowledge in marketing. I worked in companies like KPMG. My last job was at the

company "Don Pepe" where I worked as Area Manager.

S: I have experience as head of advertising, I worked for five years in the position

Z: I have worked in the position for more than seven years and have a master's degree in
international business administration.
Jhon: In this job, they have to know a lot about innovation and how to improve the company.

What makes you different from other candidates?

A: I think what makes me different from others is the discipline imposed on me. I know that
