Youth unemployment crisis

Unemployment among young people is a massive socioeconomic

challenge for numerous developing countries. Unemployment among
young people in developing countries can have many causes. One primary
cause is a lack of job opportunities. Since population growth never stops
job opportunities are decreasing day by day. When people who live in
rural regions migrate to the urban they also lead to a reduction in job
opportunities. The decline of expectations of recruitment is another
problem since more and more ordinary people are hired the value of
qualified young people decreases. Also, poor economic growth rates and
poverty are significant causes of youth unemployment in developing
countries. Another massive factor is education and training systems in
developing countries may not adequately prepare young people for the
workforce. The lack of entrepreneurship opportunities deteriorates the
unemployment crisis. There is also a wage policy problem for young
people which lessens their eagerness to work. Young people are paid less
than they deserve just because they are new. Unless needed changes are
made to boost job creation young people in developing countries will
continue to struggle.
