We've just received your payment plan proposal from StepChange and we've accepted their
offer of £1 each month, with a view to review this in the near future.

I would urge you to make additional payments where possible, if you're in a comfortable
position to do so.

We'll stop any payment reminders from being sent for the next 6 months, which is usually
the time frame for Stepchange to review your circumstances.

We expect the token payments to either be made to us via BACS or sent as a cheque,
directly from Stepchange. This does require you to keep up your payments to them.

If we don't receive a payment for over a month from them, we will let you know as this
could affect the implementation of this proposal.
