Proposed Employee Application form Consent Clause

In order to ensure the protection of OHL Express's Employee's, Network and Business we
have an obligation to screen prospective employeeS"before the commencement of
employment. This may include Criminal Record, Background and other screening activities.
We also must screen against a variety of Denied Party and Sanction lists such as the United
States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), European and UN Sanction lists, as well as
other lists specific to certain countries.

Any screening will be done in accordance with local laws. The Employee recognizes that the
Company has a legitimate need to share, transmit, store, use, transfer, and process the
personal data of the Employee for, among other things , recruiting and training, performance
management, compensation and benefits management and evaluation, talent management,
EDA (employee data administration) and payroll and administrative and employment matters.
In this context, the Company may store, use, transfer, process or share the personal data
and information of the Employee with the DP OHL Group and its subcontractors. OHL
Express will also comply with data protection legislation in each country and will securely
destroy data obtained from the process once it has been completed satisfactorily.
