COVERAGE
ALL PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES BELOW THE
COMPULSORY RETIREMENT AGE OF 65, IRRESPECTIVE
OF EMPLOYMENT STATUS. [SEC. 3]

Exclusions
1. AFP and PNP
2. Members of the Judiciary and
Constitutional Commissions who are
covered only by life insurance as they have
separate retirement schemes
3. Contractual employees with no

G. TEMPORARY DISABILITY BENEFITS

I. UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS [SEC.12]
